September Update

I’m back from my break with Mob Sorcery and Stellarforged news.

A huge thanks to everyone who read, reviewed, and enjoyed Stellarforged. It did a lot better than I expected for a new series, particularly as I stepped out of my comfort zone. Hopefully I’ll be returning to the universe sooner rather than later.

In the meantime, the audiobook is already up for preorder on Audible, although it is a very long preorder. It releases on January 12. Grab the preorder now so you don’t forget about it. As always, it’s voiced by the amazing Stephanie Savannah and I’m looking forward to how she voices the many girls of the book and brings the galaxy to life.

I’ve been working on Mob Sorcery in the meantime. Returning to the urban fantasy world is fun, although I left myself a lot to continue on from Book 5, and I want to set the series up as well as I possibly can after a major arc finished. A lot of folks might consider putting the series down after Book 5, so I need to give people a good reason to return. I think I’m accomplishing that, but only time will tell.

If you want to see what’s going down with Mob Sorcery 6, I’ve just started posting new chapters to Patreon. It has an eventful start and hopefully I’ll have more to announce next month about Mob (but as always, I avoid giving hard dates until books are done these days). Although barring my brain imploding and the book grinding to a halt, it should be out before Christmas (and I hope I don’t regret saying that, even if I think I’m being conservative).

Anyway, I’ll see you all next month. Probably toward the end of October as I despair at how quickly the year is passing by.
