Mob Sorcery 5 is Live

Vince returns to take care of the Yakuza, as Mob Sorcery 5 is out. It’s a massive book, with plenty of big action scenes, huge spells, a long-running arc coming to an end, and an edgy mousegirl. I think you’ll enjoy it if you’ve liked the series at all.

This is usually where I say to read and review, but unfortunately Amazon imploded overnight, so I have to talk about that. A ton of pre-orders haven't gone out (primarily US ones) because of an overnight Amazon outage, and I have no clue if/when Amazon will fix their shit. If you haven't received your pre-order, this is why. The book is there and available. You can wait and hope it finally goes through, buy it now, or use KU until Amazon fixes stuff.

EDIT: If your pre-order hasn’t gone through, assume it won’t. Amazon has completely fucked up and says everything is fine on their end, despite that not being the case. You’ll have to rebuy the book and find a way to cancel your pre-order. Obviously don’t do this if you received your pre-order. The launch is as fucked as I expected it to be.

I don't normally ask for people to share the book, but I feel this is going to stuff the launch something fierce. So I'd appreciate it if you share it around, and especially leaving reviews. This was on track to be my best release ever, and half the pre-orders may have vanished because somebody spilled their spaghetti.

Mob Sorcery is far from over, but the very long-running Yakuza arc finally is. My original plans had this arc ending in Book 2 or 3, and now Book 5 is the longest book I’ve ever written just to finally give it a satisfactory ending. If you enjoy Mob Sorcery, you’ll love this fix of it, but you’ll need to wait a while before I come back to it, as I’ve been working on nothing but this series for a year straight now.

I don’t know when the audio will be out.

I am taking a lengthy break after this, and won’t be announcing my next book until I’m well into it. There won’t be any more schedules going forward, either. I’ve tried a few alternatives, but I think the only book I can talk about is the one I’m working on at any moment. Also, I haven’t cancelled Demon’s Throne or Neural Wraith. You just have to wait.
